If you have forgotten your password, or are having problems logging-in, please go to the forgot password page to create a new one.
You can view and print your invoices in your Profile, under Library Pass. Click on the "Print Invoice" button that will show up beside each order you've made. This will bring your invoice up in a printable view so you can see it and print it from there. If there is an invoice missing please contact Support and we will sort it out immediately.
First log into your account and go to your Profile. In the "Change Your Password" section, enter your current and new password and click on "Change Password".

If you wish to upgrade/downgrade your Library Pass, please contact Support.
You can change your billing information in your Profile, under Library Pass. If you have paid using your PayPal account, you will need to update the credit card in your PayPal account.
You may cancel your Library Pass at any time with no penalty or extra fee under Library Pass in the Profile section of your account.
