Reason has always had the coolest instruments in the DAW universe. In this tutorial, Reason maestro Hollin Jones shows you some of the newest instruments along with some of the classics to give you a solid overview of all the unique sounds and beats you can create with instruments included in the Reason package!
From drum synths like ReDrum to the powerhouse Kong, you'll learn how to construct beats and create you own sound library of percussion presets! Then come the synths and samplers: Thor, Maelstrom, the classic NN-19, and the advanced NN-XT. Hollin looks at them all!
He then shows you how you can patch them together with the infamous Dr. OctoRex and the versatile Combinator, taking your sonic canvas to places previously uncharted!
So if you want to check out Reason's collection of instruments then check out this tutorial to get you started on mastering the synths, samplers and beat makers that make Reason the coolest DAW this side of Sonic Paradise!
